We thought that we might try to get some new crew for the Bender this year so we went on a little excursion to find the best we could. The Bender boys aren't the prettiest thing to look at (Michelle excluded of course, 'cause she's not a boy) so we're trying to raise the bar a little bit. This particular girl seemed interested. She says that when the "show" is on she may even go topless. We'll keep our eyes "peeled" for any more contestants.

We ruled this guy out because his shorts are ugly,and the wrong colour.



I think that the Bender should change their colours. Another candidate here but she says that she has really skinny legs and she gets cold.



Apparently recruiting makes you thirsty.



And horny.



We even tried bribing them with Champagne.



Better luck next time. I'm pretty sure that our pit girl scared them all off.

On Ne Sait Jamais is for sale. It looks like a brown hull. I hear they're the fastest colour.

Something about the heat adsorbing properties of brown and the resulting reduction of liquid tension. Apparently they can actually repel water if it gets hot enough. No kidding. Ask Bender. They've watched us float past them on many occasions. It's like they had an anchor out or something. It's the brown.

So Graham must be bored at the fishery, dare bye. It's only February and he's taken to trash talking already. A bit harsh with the "Baby Killing" though. We just make parts. What George and his cronies do with them isn't really our business.

Can’t wait for the new season; get your diapers ready because the shit storm is brewing.  Hope you all had a wonderful winter but it is time to get your head back into the game.

1)       Rent large fan and set down beside full bathtub and scream ready about for 20 mins (good broaching readiness technique)

2)       Go to a Bills game with a Dolphins jacket on (good preparation for being berated by Bender)

3)       Wake up with a cold beer (Regatta training of course)

4)       Get out picture of the back of Bender as a reminder of 2006 season

5)       Stand outside in underwear (get used to being laughed at again)

Should be an awesome season, can’t wait to see you guys again…maybe a pre-sailing Kirby party is in order?!?!
